By downloading, installing, or using NaturalWrite, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The App
NaturalWrite is provided by Riku Tech Labs (Pvt) Ltd. It helps you rewrite and improve text. Your use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Age Requirement
NaturalWrite is not intended for users under 13. By using it, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The text you submit to the app
- Reviewing AI-generated rewrites before you rely on or send them
- Using the app lawfully
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the app to create or process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or its services
Your Content
You keep ownership of any text you submit. You grant us permission to process that text temporarily, through our third-party rewriting service, solely to provide the rewrite back to you.
Subscriptions
NaturalWrite Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Current pricing is shown in the app and on the App Store, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
Third-Party Services
NaturalWrite relies on third-party services (including AI text processing and the Apple App Store). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of any rewrite, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riku Tech Labs (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest change.
